Website & Portal Terms of Use

By accessing the KG Claims Field Services website or signing in to any KG portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the portals.

Service-specific obligations may also be governed by a separate services agreement or Master Service Agreement between KG Claims Field Services and your organization. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

KG Claims Field Services provides outsourced field documentation and inspection support services. We document observed conditions and provide photographs, measurements and structured findings.

We do not adjust claims, determine coverage, set scope of loss for carriers, provide legal advice, or perform engineering or contracting services unless separately engaged and licensed to do so.

Portal accounts are issued to named individuals. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Accounts are role-scoped. You may not attempt to access data outside the role, organization or assignments granted to you, and you may not share credentials or export data for purposes unrelated to the assignment.

We may suspend or deactivate an account for non-compliance, security concerns, expired insurance or documentation, or termination of the underlying business relationship.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate assignment details, property contact information, and lawful authority for KG personnel to access the property.

Clients authorize the services and charges reflected in the service order and any approved change authorization.

Field inspectors engage with KG as independent contractors and are responsible for maintaining current insurance, required documentation and lawful, safe field practices.

Inspectors must complete a conflict-of-interest confirmation before working an assignment and may not perform work while under a compliance hold.

Inspectors may not decline required safety protocols, fabricate documentation, or represent themselves as adjusters, engineers or contractors.

Photographs, reports and documentation produced under an assignment are provided to the ordering client for use in that claim file. KG retains copies as business records.

The KG Claims Field Services name, logo, site content and platform are the property of KG Claims Field Services and may not be copied, resold or used to build a competing service.

You may not attempt to interfere with, probe, reverse engineer or overload the platform, upload malicious code, or scrape data through automated means.

You may not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, harassing or misleading.

Invoices are issued according to the authorized service order and applicable modifiers. Payment terms are as stated on the invoice or in the governing services agreement.

Inspector compensation is calculated separately from client pricing and is paid on the published pay cycle.

The website and portals are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KG Claims Field Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and total liability arising out of the services is limited to the amounts paid for the specific assignment giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site or portals after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
