Who we are
KG Claims Field Services is a field services company serving the property claims industry. Our clients are Public Adjusters, Contractors, Attorneys and other Claims Professionals who need consistent, defensible documentation from the field on tight timelines.
Assignments are dispatched to independent field inspectors who meet KG's applicable compliance and eligibility requirements and operate under KG standards: structured inspection checklists, minimum photo requirements, measurement protocols and safety-first field policies. Assignments are dispatched from a central operations team, tracked through a full lifecycle, and quality-controlled before they are delivered.
KG Claims Field Services provides independent field inspection, documentation, measurement and reporting support under the direction of our clients. Through its standard field services, KG does not determine insurance coverage, interpret policies, negotiate claims, represent insureds in claim adjustment, or provide legal advice.
