What we require

Active general liability insurance naming KG Claims Field Services as additional insured (minimum $1M each occurrence)
Valid driver's license, current auto insurance and reliable transportation across your market
Signed independent contractor agreement, W-9 on file and business or personal EIN/SSN for 1099 reporting
32-foot extension ladder, appropriate roof-access and fall-protection equipment, and the ability to safely climb, walk and document residential and applicable low-slope roofs
A modern smartphone or compatible mobile device capable of structured geotagged photo capture, LiDAR-based field measurements where required, and same-day upload to the KG Inspector Portal
FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate for drone assignments (preferred, not required for ground work)
Professional appearance and communication with occupants, adjusters and carrier representatives
Ability to complete KG checklists accurately and submit files for quality control within the assigned turnaround
